The Studio

At Equilibrium Pilates Studio, we take care to support each individual client based on their needs. We offer private or shared classes, both of which include mat and equipment work.

The studio is fully equipped with apparatus as designed by Joseph Pilates, including the Cadillac, Reformer, and Combo Chair, as well as the Ped-o-pull, barrel, various weights, wobble boards. bands and physio balls.

The room is bright and quiet, and offers a very relaxing and private atmosphere. It is a five-minute walk away from Motspur Park train station, and is located on a residential street with no parking restrictions.
